Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

You are welcome to use Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover for commerce on our site.

You may also send us a Money Order or a personal check. This will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Please allow an additional 10-15 business days for shipping of your merchandise. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied and inform us within (3) three days of your receipt of the goods, and return complete as sent in as-received condition, we will give a full refund minus shipping and insurance costs and a 5% restocking fee.

If you do not accepted the package, you are responsible for shipping and insurance costs, and a 15% restocking fee. If you return the knife to us in used condition we reserve the right to charge you a restocking fee higher than 15% or return the knife to you.

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing, and shipped insured.

Shipping / Insurance Information

Shipping for most items within the contiguous US is complimentary and insurance is included. Please contact us for shipping outside of the lower 48 United States. Shipping is done via the USPS and in some cases via UPS. Delivery time varies depending on your location and we make no guarantees about delivery time.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of taxes. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are exceptions. In case of an error, you will be informed before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 7 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
